These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order placed with BEEF'D Jerky ("we", "us"), a Geelong, Victoria business. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Products
- Our jerky is a meat-based food product. Always check the ingredient and allergen information printed on the pack before eating — our products may contain or come into contact with allergens including sulphites, gluten, crustacean, fish, mollusc, peanut, sesame and soy.
- Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly from what's shown.
- Store your jerky as directed on the pack and consume by the best-before date.
Orders and payment
- All prices are in Australian dollars and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
- Payment is taken securely at checkout by our payment providers. An order is accepted when we confirm it — we may decline or cancel an order (for example, suspected error in pricing, stock issues or suspected fraud) and will refund anything you've paid for it.
- A tax invoice is issued for every order and is available from your account.
Shipping
- We ship Australia wide. Orders over $100 ship free; otherwise standard shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Delivery estimates are estimates only — we're not liable for carrier delays, but we'll always help chase a missing parcel.
- Please make sure your delivery address is correct; redelivery of a parcel returned because of an incorrect address may cost extra.
Returns and refunds
- Because our products are perishable food, we don't accept change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged, is faulty, or isn't what you ordered, you're covered by the Australian Consumer Law — contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Photos of the product and packaging help us sort it quickly.
Wholesale accounts
- Wholesale accounts are for genuine businesses and require a valid ABN. We may decline, suspend or close a wholesale account at our discretion — including where the information provided is inaccurate.
- Wholesale pricing is provided for your business's own purchasing and shouldn't be shared publicly.
- Wholesale orders are paid at checkout and otherwise subject to the same terms as retail orders.
Your account
Keep your login details secure — you're responsible for activity under your account. Give us accurate details and keep them up to date. We may suspend or delete accounts used in breach of these terms.
Website and intellectual property
The BEEF'D name, bull logo, packaging and all site content belong to us — don't reproduce them without our written permission. We work hard to keep the site accurate and available but don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and except for the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (which always apply), our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to resupplying the products or refunding the amount you paid for them.
General
